Amanda Muir, Secretary of the Greater Washington Folklore Society (GWFS) will give a presentation for FFNCA on the Orpheus WorkshopSeries that engages the audience in their own homes to learn new styles with familiar instruments to develop existing skills and explore new artistic avenues. Cultural expressions covered include instrumental music, dance, song, and art such a the El Salvadorian Presentation tomorrow night. She will also tell us about  GWFS– many of you have no doubt enjoyed the annual folk music programs that they have organized at Glen Echo Park. And we have a few GFSW members in FFNCA. This offers us another avenue to learn about the wealth of cultural traditions in our area.
